Wat houdt het programma in?

Direct nadat is gebleken dat je een burn-out hebt, gaat de coach met je aan de slag met een op jou afgestemd wandelprogramma. Je krijgt een map met informatie, een hartslagband voor de trainingen, huiswerk en gerichte coaching die toegesneden is op jouw situatie. De deskundige coach en jouw inzet helpen je om weer beter te worden. Binnen 12 weken krijgt je herstel een kickstart. Uiteindelijk kom je stressbestendiger uit het traject!

De voortdurende stress heeft grote fysieke gevolgen voor je lichaam. Je conditie is minder en je stressbestendigheid is daardoor ook lager. Daarom ga je direct met je coach aan de slag om het lichamelijke herstel op gang te brengen. Een op maat afgestemd inspanningsprogramma, op basis van wandelen, wordt gecombineerd met gerichte adviezen op het gebied van o.a. voeding en slaap. Met behulp van apps en een logboek houd je je eigen voortgang bij.

Stressbestendiger worden

Het is nu de bedoeling om de valkuilen waarin je voorheen bent getrapt, en waardoor je burn-out is ontstaan, te vermijden. Je leert flexibeler om te gaan met uitdagingen en wordt stressbestendiger.

Na 3 maanden trainen en veel geleerd te hebben, komt het moment dat de coach je loslaat. Dan kun je zelf doorgaan met de aangeleerde oefeningen, zodat je verder je fitheid vergroot. Tevens kun je aanvullende afspraken maken met de coach voor verdere begeleiding.
