Wat houdt het programma in?

Je gaat vanaf het begin werken aan je conditie door middel van een op jou afgestemd wandelprogramma. Dit loopt gedurende het hersteltraject door. Daarnaast krijg je huiswerk en word je gecoacht, zodat ook het mentale herstel vorm krijgt. Dankzij de gerichte begeleiding van een deskundige coach én jouw drive om weer beter te worden, krijgt het herstel binnen 12 weken een kickstart en kom je stressbestendiger uit het traject!

De voortdurende stress heeft grote fysieke gevolgen voor je lichaam. Daarom ga je direct met je coach aan de slag om het lichamelijke herstel op gang te brengen. Een op maat afgestemd inspanningsprogramma, op basis van wandelen, wordt gecombineerd met gerichte adviezen op het gebied van o.a. voeding en slaap. Met behulp van apps en een logboek houd je je eigen voortgang bij.

Aan het einde van het 3 maanden traject zal je een stevige basis hebben gelegd voor het herstel. De fysieke conditie is gegroeid en je weet precies op welke manier je voortaan met de uitdagingen van het leven om moet gaan. Je kunt nu zelf doorgaan met het fysieke programma, waardoor je verder zult blijven herstellen en jezelf uit de stress-zone houdt.
