Lange tijd stress heeft grote fysieke gevolgen. Direct vanaf het begin wordt dan ook gestart met een gedoseerd conditieherstelprogramma op basis van wandelen. Daarnaast is er gerichte aandacht voor de andere gezondheidsaspecten die het herstel zullen bevorderen. Denk daarbij onder andere aan voeding en slaap.

Eenmaal uit balans door een burn-out, ontbreekt vaak het zelfvertrouwen en zijn we niet meer in staat om perspectief te zien. De in stress en burn-out gespecialiseerde coaches passen verschillende technieken toe die helpen om de eigen kracht te hervinden.

Nu het herstel al wat vordert zal ook de weerstand tegen stress toenemen. Er is echter een reden geweest waarom de burn-out is ontstaan. In dit deel van het programma gaat het om het vergroten van de stressbestendigheid door meer psychische flexibiliteit te creëren.

In het programma van 3 maanden wordt een stevige basis gelegd voor zowel het fysieke als mentale herstel. Het verdere herstel loopt gewoon door na het traject. Hierbij bestaat de mogelijkheid om aanvullende begeleiding en coaching te krijgen.
